This property was an investment property for an existing client; a very special grade 2* listed terraced property just a stone’s throw from Parliament. The house, which was previously used as a dormitory for the neighbouring Westminster School, had lost almost all of it original features and was in a very sorry state when we uncovered it through our property finder. Not only did Morph find the property and then acquire listed building consent to add a sympathetic extension to the rear, we reinstated the original room proportions to return the building to its former glory. The home has many new features such as new fireplaces throughout, high specification wood and silkresse carpet floor finishes, and inbuilt joinery, but it is the deep blue kitchen with marble worktops that is the jewel in the crown of the property.
